Red Carpet Event Package
This package includes everything. It is for the office, corporation, or individual that wants to feel like they have just walked down the red carpet. With little stress in your event planning, you will be able to enjoy yourself and leave all the details up to us.

Pre-Event Planning

• Meetings to go over details,
  (i.e. design & décor, vendor duties, time-line of activities, vendor negotiations, etc.)
• Assistance in choosing a theme
• Assist with locating & contracting the perfect location
• With your detailed guest list, we will develop, address and send invitations to guest
• Assist with ordering cake, balloons and all your party needs
• Assist with the develop of party favors
• Assist with coordinating and contracting transportation for you and your guests  
• Assist with menu selection and catering negotiations
• Unlimited recommendations and or suggestions (i.e. creative ideas, theme, budgeting, etiquette, and the decor)
• Assist in developing out of town guest goody bags for hotel rooms (when applicable).
• Assist with negotiations and selection process of professional vendors
• Confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors

Event Activities

• We will bring all event materials and set up
• Decorate event site
• Coordinate and manage the timing of event
• Meet with vendors and coordinate services
• Breakdown after event and assist with cleanup

 Shindig Event Package

Decide on a theme for the party, location, date and send us your guest list including address. We will send out invitations and bring you everything you need. We will decorate and prepare everything for the party. You will be ready for your Shindig without having to ever go to the store or write a single invitation.

This package is the easiest way to get everything you need for your next party. The box will have what you need for your party including a coupon to the Cake Shop for an 8” cake and invitations. Get everything you need for your party delivered to your door.
